Our Website provides git-based headless content management systems (“CMS”) for businesses, freelancers, developers and content editors seeking to better manage their content and projects with seamless integration with Jamstack and web apps. You can browse or become a user (“User”) and subscribe to access CMS, and other Services. In order to become a User, all you have to do is create an account on our Website, and follow through a few simple steps.

Subscription Plans

There are four subscription plans (“Plans”) on the Website. Plans differ based on project (“Project”) and service scopes and limitations in which Users can utilize CMS. We hold the right to make changes to these Services such as discontinuing them or making adjustments to them. You can only access CMS through subscribing to our Services.

You can choose whether your subscriptions are billed annually or monthly. Your subscriptions automatically renew unless you or we cancel it. Contact us at [email protected] to cancel your subscriptions.

We may grant you access to a free trial on our Services for a limited period. You may be required to enter your payment information in order to sign up for a free trial.

Content

You can post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information such as texts, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). We are not responsible for legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the Content that you post through Services.

Content posted on or through Services, must be yours and owned by you, meaning that you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms. You are solely responsible for making sure that the Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

You cannot use our Website, CMS, and Services for creating, uploading, posting, submitting, promoting, marketing and using Content and projects containing :

  • Criminal or tortious acts;
  • Adult themes such as nudity, sexual activity, pornography etc;
  • Unlawful, immoral, illegal, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, threatening, inciting, defamatory, offensive, racist acts and/or hate speech;
  • Exploitation of minors or harmful acts upon children;
  • Any information or Content violating the privacy or public rights of another;
  • Violation of the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.

Any of the following acts are not allowed when using our Website, CMS, and Services and shall give rise to criminal/tortious/legal liability upon the individual:

  • Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems or CMS, and Services,
  • Utilizing information belonging to us to mislead potential users or copying our Website.
  • Damaging, destroying, altering, negatively impacting or rendering Website’s data, service, products inaccessible, inserting data in our system, sending existing data to another location.

By the Terms, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, debt, expenses, obligations and losses arising from or out of your use of our Website, CMS, and Services from your account, whether it’s you or a third person using it.

Termination

Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights to use the CMS and Services will be terminated automatically without notice if you fail to comply with the Terms. You agree that we can solely and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Services and/or block your future access to Services in the case of a violation of Terms. A violation by you will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to us for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that we deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are, in addition to any other remedies we may have at law or in equity. In this regard, we will not bear any responsibility to you. Except where prohibited by law, in no event will we be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You hold the entire risk arising out of the use and/or the performance of CMS, and Services.

We have no control over, and no liability for, any third party websites you may access through links we may offer on the Website for your information, or for any content, products or services offered by or accessed through such websites.

Governing Law

Any dispute relating to your access to or use of the Website shall be governed by laws of Republic of Türkiye and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and execution offices located in Istanbul Anadolu Courthouse.
